Marc Dail comes to us from Florida and has over 30 years experience in commercial and residential construction. He was the owner of a construction company for 18 years before joining Beazer Homes Orlando. While at Beazer Orlando, Marc ran upscale subdivisions from the ground up through to completion. He then moved into the office to take on the role of Director of Purchasing and dealt with building budgets and price points for upcoming communities. Marc worked with the development of three luxury town home projects that included 276 units, a new development for the Orlando Market. He worked on this project from site development through to completion. Marc attended Broward Community College and many continuing education classes and seminars while employed with Beazer Orlando and has completed OSHA Training. Marc is managing several retail and medical office buildings. His can do attitude has resulted in on time and on budget projects. He also is assisting developers with tenant build out needs serving full service, turnkey project management. Marc lives in Brentwood with his wife Teresa and five children, three of them off to college. Teresa is an RN, BSN Administrative Director, Supply Chain for Vanderbilt University. The Dail's spend most of their free time at the ball field's supporting their two 14 year old's in baseball, softball, football and volleyball. Marc hopes to get back in to coaching baseball as he has done for 18 years in Florida. As new members of the community, they will soon find themselves involved.
