Rohnert Park, CA
The Conseco Group is a General Contractor typically hired to build ground up structures and build out existing buildings. What few people know is that we do consulting as well. Our most recent consult has been with a company called Amy's Kitchen. Amy's is a family owned business established in 1987 that creates vegetarian and organic products that you may have seen in your local grocery organic section.
Last year Amy's decided to venture out and open a restaurant using the same concept. They wanted to bring organic healthy food to the fast food industry. Amy's contacted our owner, Phil Pace, and asked if he would consult with them throughout the project on everything from design of the menu to the construction needs. With Phil's help Amy's came up with a very unique building that would have a living roof and a water tower. Collaborating with their team from conception to completion, Phil has helped bring their concept to fruition. On July 20, 2015 Amy's celebrated their Grand Opening in California becoming the nation's first vegetarian drive-through. We would like to thank Amy's for allowing us to be a part of this process and historic moment.
